Legend:
Travel back to the 18th century and try yourself in the role of Chumaks — the first Ukrainian entrepreneurs. Equip your wagon train and set off to Crimea for salt, so that you can sell it profitably at the markets. Plan your route, distribute rations for people and oxen, and fill your wagons with gold.
But remember: dangers and surprises await on the roads, and they can change the course of events.
Will you manage to earn money — or will you return with empty wagons?

Goal:
To earn as many gold coins as possible through salt trading.
Participants’ tasks:
- plan Chumak routes;
- distribute goods between Chumak wagons;
- respond to the surprises of the steppe;
- sell salt at favorable prices.
During the game, participants develop:
- the ability to plan strategies;
- the skill of resource allocation;
- decision-making in conditions of uncertainty;
- the skill of delegating authority.

- creates a space for strategic thinking, where every player can take part in decision-making;
- helps to see how participants show themselves in teamwork;
- each team is accompanied by a moderator, so participants will not be left without attention and will receive timely feedback or game tips.
How the game works:
- The team plays on an online platform that simulates a game table. Players can take cards, move tokens, and roll dice — just like in a live game.
- Participants will be welcomed by an experienced host, who will immerse everyone in the legend of the game and explain the rules. After that, moderators will work with each team and accompany the participants throughout the game.
- The teams will play in parallel and communicate in separate rooms.
- The finale will include summarizing the results and team reflection together with the moderators. The host will summarize the course of the game and announce the results or determine the winner.
- Technical staff representatives will be present throughout the game. They will help participants connect and promptly resolve technical issues.
- To participate, all you need is a computer, a stable internet connection, and any convenient platform for online meetings.
