The American government sets an ambitious goal — to connect the eastern and western coasts by railway. The Union Pacific company takes on the construction and guarantees that the work will be completed on time. However, the Indigenous inhabitants of the Wild West and the cowboy settlers are skeptical about this.
The future railway runs through lands belonging to cowboys and Indigenous peoples. They hunt and graze cattle there, and no one wants to give up their territories so easily. Each side must negotiate terms that are beneficial to them so that the railway construction can take place.

To reach an agreement among all representatives on the construction of the railway.
Participants’ tasks:
- learn the terms of the other teams;
- find compromises between teams;
- defend the interests of their own team during negotiations.
During the game, participants develop:

- the ability to take the interests of different parties into account.

How the game works:
- Participants will be welcomed by an experienced host, who will immerse everyone in the legend of the game and explain the rules. After that, moderators will work with each team and accompany the participants throughout the game.
- Players are divided into 4–5 teams, each of which seeks to defend its own interests. Step by step, the teams communicate in online rooms, learn about the demands of others, and propose solutions.
- The finale will include summarizing the results and team reflection together with the moderators. The host will summarize the course of the game and announce the result: did the players manage to agree on the construction of the railway, or not?
- Technical staff representatives will be present throughout the game. They will help participants connect and promptly resolve technical issues.
- To participate, all you need is a computer, a stable internet connection, and any convenient platform for online meetings.
