What makes this training special?
The game is set in the mid-19th century. The U.S. economy is rapidly growing, and the government assigns the Union Pacific Railroad Company the task of constructing a route that will connect the industrial regions of Central and Eastern America with the California coast.
Within the game, participants must develop an effective communication model between partners at various levels who are working on a shared project—the construction of the railway. The gameplay includes a hierarchical system that restricts direct communication between certain groups.
