Embark on a journey aboard the luxurious ship "Fast Francesca" to trade successfully with the Indigenous tribes.

Step into the atmosphere of the 15th century, where ships from the Old World arrive to meet the Indigenous peoples of the New World. The overall outcome depends on your team’s chosen strategy—will the locals attack, will you try to rob them, or will you succeed in negotiating and building a prosperous trading partnership?

What makes this training special?

The game consists of three expeditions in which participants must choose between "attacking" or "trading." What’s the right decision this time? After each expedition, ships return home to deliver gold to their government, repair damage from potential attacks, and load new goods for the next journey.

This game focuses on developing win-win interaction strategies in a changing environment and includes 10 rounds of play, team discussions, and negotiations between representatives of different teams.
