What makes this training special?
Each team must build their own catapult using wood, cardboard, and other materials. The structure should not only be functional, but also visually appealing! Once all catapults are ready, the ball-launching competition begins. Whichever team's ball flies faster and farther — that team has done a great job.
This training helps quickly establish communication within teams, unite the group, and build a strategy for working together on a single project.
The results of teamwork are easy to assess, as the catapult’s functionality, appearance, and neatness are excellent visual indicators of team interaction.
