Participants, representing various nations, embark on a journey across the globe. They will trade resources, wage wars, form alliances, protect one another and their rulers, and—most importantly—engage in diplomatic negotiations to achieve a shared, ambitious goal.
What makes this training special?
Throughout the game, participants move around the room as if navigating a giant world map, traveling from country to country. Within just a few turns, you may find yourself in the farthest corners of the planet. Your mission is to discover which countries produce the resources you need, negotiate exchanges or purchases, and make strategic, high-stakes decisions within the scope of your assigned role.
