Legend:

The liner your team was sailing on was shipwrecked in the territorial waters of Africa. You are washed ashore on an unknown coast. Around you, there is only the ocean and the jungle. You need to act quickly, as no one knows what dangers may be lurking on this uninhabited island. Search for resources, feed your team, and explore the territory.

Each player brings personal qualities and skills to the team, which will influence the further course of events. Act as one team to achieve the goal. An unforgettable adventure lies ahead — one that will test your team’s resilience. Will you manage to find a way out of this extreme situation?

Goal:

To find a way out of the jungle and save the team.

The game is based on Patrick Lencioni’s model of the five dysfunctions of a team: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of responsibility, lack of accountability, and inattention to results.

How the game works:

- The team plays on an online platform that simulates a game table. Players can take cards, move tokens, and roll dice — just like in a live game.

- Participants will be welcomed by an experienced host, who will immerse everyone in the legend of the game and explain the rules. After that, moderators will work with each team and accompany the participants throughout the game.

- The teams will play in parallel and communicate in separate rooms.

- The finale will include summarizing the results and team reflection together with the moderators. The host will summarize the course of the game and announce the results or determine the winner.

- Technical staff representatives will be present throughout the game. They will help participants connect and promptly resolve technical issues.

- To participate, all you need is a computer, a stable internet connection, and any convenient platform for online meetings.
