What makes this training special?
The bridge is built using sheets of cardboard and expendable materials. The team defines what it wants to move toward and constructs a real bridge that can be walked across.
At first glance, the task may seem simple, but in reality, it requires team cohesion, coordinated actions, and planning skills.
