What is special about this training?
Participants are given a unique opportunity to stage their own production based on a famous work or office realities. The team inside will distribute the roles and everyone will be able to try themselves in different roles.
The scenario of the future work can be issued in advance, by drawing lots or prepared by the participants themselves based on life in the company. To the attention of the audience, there will be several masterclasses (stage speech, staging, screenwriting), which can be attended depending on the chosen role at the beginning of the day. Also, the teams in the preparation of the number will be able to use the services of the make-up artist and dresser.
At the end of the day, the action will take place on the stage of a real theater, where each team will show their skills, and anonymous voting will help determine the best theater figures and distribute nominations.
